The Haunted Wood - 6 Week Shadow Work Course

In this 6 week shadow work course, we will spend two sessions a week (one group and one 1:1) working through the steps of identifying your shadow wounds and integrating the shadow into your every day healing and consciousness. We will meet as a group via zoom every Saturday to discuss the ins and outs of each week’s exercises, and every Sunday meeting individually 1:1 to work with your individual guides and loved ones in spirit to work through your own personal shadow wounds in a private setting. 
What you will need for this course:
-a notebook or journal 
-pine needles
-white sage or paolo santo
-salt (black or white)
-candles (both black and white)
-a heat resistant bowl to burn sigils and entries at the end of the course 
-olive oil 
If these things aren’t available to you, don’t worry! The absolute most important tool is a journal and your mind.
